CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made within a minimum of 24 hours of notice. If you fail to allow a 24 hour window you will be charged a $50 fee that will need to be paid before you can reschedule. However, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. The cancellation fee may be altered by the owner of Foiled Hair Studio LLC in extreme cases. REFUND POLICY

At Foiled Hair Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we have a strict no refund policy. All services provided by Foiled Hair Studio are non-refundable. Once a service is performed, we do not offer refunds, regardless of the outcome. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address any issues and offer a complimentary adjustment or correction as deemed appropriate.
